According to the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, it is not allowed to privately import milk products from outside of the EU, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, and Switzerland. So it's not allowed if you're shipping from the US.
The why has to do with the risk of animal disease.

Milk items that are from non-EU countries cannot be imported into Denmark. There are some beautiful real cheeses in Denmark, and you should try these instead of Velveeta which, by the way, is not a real cheese. It is heavily processed with lots of additives, real cheese contains just milk and rennet.

Velveeta cheese is highly regulated in Denmark.

It's not real cheese so there is less likely to be a prohibition. Countries do have prohibited items to protect local industry. I looked on prohibitions by mail and there are none that would apply to cheese or cheese like products.
