Denmark is one of the more expensive countries to fly into in Europe. If you have transportation on the continent, it may be cheaper to fly into Frankfurt or Amsterdam and arrange travel to Denmark from there.
For example, if you were to plan on flying into Copenhagen but your final destination was Jutland, you may spend more doing this through Copenhagen then taking a plane to Hamburg and then catching a train from there.
Check all the usual sites, most prices are pretty close in price.

You could try the Internet.
See if a company called Travel Cuts exists in your city or country.
Here is what I would suggest you try, too:
Consult your nearest or local Danish club or organization, where Danish immigrants and their families socialize and maintain many of their Danish cultural ties. Sometimes clubs of this nature charter flights to Denmark, especially for the holidays in the summer. One such charter airline was Sterling Airlines, operating from of Calgary, Canada. I do not know whether the company is still operating. Major cities proably would have this type of a club. It may at least be able to direct you to some good flight bargains.

Ryanair occasionally have tickets for 1 pence + taxes and booking fee; that's probably cheapest. However, unless you have easy access to Stansted airport, then it's probably not best.

you will have to search multiple sites, they have different deals with airlines and prices sometimes vary significantly
