Where are you flying from? From the States, it's a bit tough, but look at flying possibly AerLingus and then taking a RyanAir flight from Ireland. They're usually really good. If you're in Europe, try RyanAir, though they won't take you to Copenhagen. Another good one is Sterling Air at www.sterling.dk They fly from all over Europe and take you to numerous Danish cities for really cheap. I've flown for less than 100 euros round trip.

Look at icelandair's website. They fly from Boston, New York and other ciies on the Eastcoast. They stop in Reykjavik in Iceland, and then on to Copenhagen. I beleive You can find a R/T ticket for 500-600$ including taxes.
